Refund Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for LSPDFR Enhanced Reborn memberships. Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record, who handles billing and processes any refunds. This policy applies worldwide, in addition to any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
Cancelling your membership
You can cancel at any time from your account or the Lemon Squeezy customer portal. Your membership stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and you will not be charged again. We do not provide partial refunds for the remaining days of a cancelled period unless required by law.
When you are entitled to a refund
- Faulty or undelivered content: if members-only content is broken, not delivered, or materially not as described, you are entitled to a remedy (such as a refund) as required by applicable consumer law.
- Accidental renewals: as a goodwill gesture, if a subscription renews unintentionally and you contact us within 48 hours of the charge and haven't used that period's new content, we will refund it.
- EU / EEA / UK consumers: you have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. Because membership content is made available immediately, by completing checkout you request immediate access and acknowledge that this withdrawal right is lost once access has begun.
When refunds are not normally given
Outside the cases above, memberships are generally non-refundable once you have access to the content (for example, simply changing your mind after using it), except where your local law provides otherwise. The free core plugin is, of course, always free.
How to request a refund
Email us at lspdfrenhanced@gmail.com with your account email and the reason. Refunds that we approve are processed back to your original payment method by Lemon Squeezy. Please contact us before opening a card dispute — we're happy to help.
